How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more after discounts, and $6.95 below that. Express is $15.95. Gift cards and software codes are emailed, so they never add shipping.
How does frozen and chilled food ship?
Seafood, ready meals and other chilled items ship Monday to Wednesday in insulated boxes with ice packs so they never sit in a depot over a weekend. If something arrives thawed, tell us within 48 hours.
What is the window deal?
Every day at midnight Central time a new product goes in our window at 10% off. The price is applied automatically in your bag until the countdown ends.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. CENTRAL10 takes 10% off everything except gift cards and the item in today's window.
What can I return?
Most items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Perishable food, opened personal care items, gift cards and delivered software codes are final sale. See our returns page for the details.
How are large items delivered?
Sofas, mattresses, tubs, sheds and other big pieces ship curbside by freight. The carrier calls or texts to book a delivery window, usually within 5-10 business days.
