Returns & refunds

1. 30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging and include all parts and accessories. Start a return by emailing support@storeshopcentral.com or calling +1 405-582-0916 with your SSC- order reference. We send a return authorization and instructions.

2. Items we cannot take back

• Perishable food and drinks from the Pantry & Market, including frozen and chilled items.
• Opened personal care items such as serums, conditioners, toothbrushes and supplements, for hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards and eGift cards once delivered.
• Software and course activation codes once delivered or redeemed.
• Opened pet food, unless it was damaged or defective on arrival.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery (48 hours for frozen or chilled food) and include a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and we cover the return.

4. Large and freight items

Sofas, mattresses, tubs, sinks, sheds, cabinets and other freight items can be returned within 30 days if unassembled and in original packaging. Contact us first so we can book a freight pickup. A return freight fee of up to $79 may be deducted unless the item was damaged or wrong. Mattresses that have been unwrapped cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to swap an item is to return it and place a new order. If you would like us to hold the replacement for you, just ask.
