What we collect when you shop at storeshopcentral.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Store Shop Central ("we", "us") operates storeshopcentral.com from 1104 Bell Dr, Midwest City, OK 73110, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information from shoppers, newsletter subscribers and anyone who contacts us.
2. Information we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items you order and any notes or gift messages.
- Messages: what you send through our contact form, email or phone.
- Newsletter: your email address and the date you subscribed.
- On your device: your bag, saved list, applied promo code and recently viewed items are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
We do not collect card numbers on this site. Payment is completed on a secure payment link from our payment processor, which handles card data under its own privacy policy and PCI DSS rules.
3. How we use it
- To confirm, invoice, ship and support your order, including sending your payment link and delivery updates.
- To arrange freight delivery for large items, which means sharing your name, phone and address with the carrier.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send The Floor Plan newsletter if you subscribed.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the store: our payment processor, shipping and freight carriers, email delivery and form services, and our web host. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending marketing email. We respond to verified requests within 45 days. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also use our unsubscribe page. You can clear the bag and saved list at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
7. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, limit staff access to order data, and work with providers that protect data in transit and at rest. If a breach of security ever exposed your personal information, we would notify you as required by Oklahoma's Security Breach Notification Act (24 O.S. §§ 161-166) and any other law that applies.
8. Children
The store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell subscribers by email.
